Ukraine Rebuild Review is an independent English-language publication about Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction. We explain housing repair, infrastructure recovery, public investment and the conditions that help communities function again.

Our articles draw on public reports, official project information and clearly attributed photographs. We distinguish estimated needs from funding commitments, disbursements and completed work. Every article links its sources and states when it was checked.

We are not a government body, charity, contractor or accommodation service. We do not collect donations, match residents with housing, process benefit applications or arrange resettlement.

The current publication is independent of the former operators of this domain. An account of the domain’s 2014 use remains available as a separate historical record; it is not the identity or purpose of this publication.
